The D.S.P Digital Signal Processing of the metal detector antenna signals allows a very high degree of sensitivity to be obtained for all metals.




CEIA MN Ferrous In Foil

CEIA THS/MN Metal Detector detects ferrous and magnetic metal contaminants accidentally present on industrial products, with level of sensitivity, immunity to interference and response speeds designed to satisfy the strictest quality control requirements.
This ferrous in foil metal detector has been especially designed for the inspection of products in aluminium foil trays and wrappings. THS metal detectors wide bandwidth allows maximum-sensitivity operation at both high and low transit speeds.

The THS/PH21 Metal Detector Series is a high-sensitivity, high precision measuring instrument. The response from the device is used to directly command ejection of the contaminated product and to check that it has in fact been eliminated.
The data relating to each detection and ejection are stored in an events memory and certify production quality, the inspection itself and programming operations, as well as the periodic functional test phases using standard test samples.

The THS/3F Metal Detector is recommended for use on multi-product lines, where the individual products have a very different conductivity characteristics. Under these circumstances, the THS/3F allow maximum sensitivity for detection fo contaminating metals, both magnetic and non-magnetic and including high-resistivity stainless steels, to be maintained. The automatic frequency selection function allows the THS/3F to choose the optimum frequency for the product in transit during the autolearn phase.

TT/HS Metal Detectors designed for operation in high speed production lines, allow interception of all magnetic and non-magnetic metals, including high-resistivity stainless steel. The apparatus is composed of an electronic control unit and a probe which is positioned in the path of the product to be inspected.
